New Leaders
With 2022 now upon us, we are excited to announce new leadership on the Steering Committee and our bold initiatives for the months ahead. First, we welcome Martha Ndakalako as our new co-convenor. Martha will lead our efforts to expand membership through outreach to graduate students, the African Literature Association, and other organizations promoting women in academia. You will hear more about these plans—and will be encouraged to participate!—later this spring.
